I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income producing properties within the cities of Melbourne, Eau Gallie, Palm Bay, Viera, Suntree, Palm Shores, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, and South Patrick Shores. I stay current with all transactions in these areas, and I'm also knowledgeable on the local schools and area trends.
I work very hard at getting my clients the best possible price when either buying or selling their property. Then, I go a step further by working to reduce my clients risk and to maintain their profits. It doesn't do anyone any good to get a wonderful price for their home but lose a significant amount in repairs.

I moved to Melbourne in 1968 and have been a resident of Indialantic since 1990. I earned a bachelor of science degree in Business/Economics from Rollins College and have extensive experience managing customer programs and contracts with several local technology companies. One of my major business philosophies is always putting the client's needs first. My management style is solving problems logically and quickly. I understand that if I stay on top of my client's real estate dealings, decisions are going to be made, resulting in an enjoyable experience for my client. I also understand that, "that's the way we've always done it in the past", isn't necessarily right for today's market. Always considering "outside the box" creative solutions gives me a tremendous advantage! Finally, respect between a client and agent is essential. Respect leads to teamwork.
