| Kevin and I owned a home in Sun Tree that we were using as a rental property. We met Skip through a neighbor but didn’t know him professionally. When we decided to sell the Sun Tree property, we talked to Skip, not knowing the extent of his real estate experience. He completed a comparative analysis on the home and presented it to us. We were shocked at how much the home was worth. But what really surprised us was that Skip went the additional mile and compared the home to what was currently available for sale on the MLS.
